The Festival / Street Performance Show
This highly interactive journey is full of laughs and impressive stunts.
Matty Blade has a way of painting himself into a corner much to the amusement of the surrounding crowd. With the show in full
swing Matty balances a sword on the tip of a dagger held in his mouth. Oh, I forgot to mention the
spinning circular saw blade on the top of the sword.
An enthusiastic volunteer from the audience ties Matty up in a lunatic strait jacket and to futher complicate matters,
wraps him up with 17 metres of industrial chain.
Plenty of struggling and gags at his own expense.
The energy crescends to meet the final stunt: swallowing 14 real swords balanced atop a 3-metre pole. With the audience chanting
"1-2-3-GO" Matty plunges the 14 swords down his throat to thunderous applause.
